I have created a webcast but I can't access it from the broadcast link

Solution
Please ensure that you have added yourself as a broadcaster when creating the webcast.
Login to the admin area (https://xxx.online-ivent.com/admin) and locate the webcast in question in the webcast folder
Click edit webcast underneath it and click proceed 5 times until you see the field in which you can select broadcasters
Type your name into the field and select
Proceed and Save the webcast
You should now be able to access the broadcast link
