Solution

Please ensure that when you have uploaded your slides, you have used PPT format (PowerPoint).

  1. Slides can take up to 15 minutes to convert.

  2. If your slides have been uploaded but are not showing do not upload them again.

  3. Please contact support if your slides are loading for longer than usual.
