How to create FAQs

Creating FAQs

  • click on Create FAQ in the Update Content folder

  • enter the question in the Question field. Detail the answer in the Answer field and click Update. You can edit this in the same way as Polls and Discussion Subjects.  

To activate them, you must then go to the Networking Lounge folder and click edit next to the required Lounge. You will see the FAQs table. To make them live drag the individual FAQ from the Unused column to the Current column and click Update.

Please note FAQs can also display in individual booths as required.
