How to access the admin area

If you are an event manager, read below to find out how to access the ‘Admin Area’ of your event where you can manage other admins, view statistics and reports, manage event content, auditorium shows and other elements.

Instructions

If you are already logged in to your environment, go to the settings widget (top right) and click on 'Admin Portal' which will take you through to the admin area.  

If you are not logged in, then go to https://xxx.online-event.co/adminyour specific admin URL will be provided which will replace the XXX's

Email

  • enter your email

Password – enter your password (this will be sent to you by email when you are permitted access either by ivent or an internal administrator)

The left hand menu will only feature folders that are applicable to you.

 

Throughout the admin area you will see small black '?'s  displaying next to fields. These have tips and advice on the function of that field and what to enter into that field.
