An event is not a success without insightful metrics that you can get out of it. We have a variety of reports you can use after hosting your session using our Collab Rooms.

Make sure you have checked out our Leads Form article so that you know how to add extra details to your reports before your sessions begin.

What reports are available?

After your event or session has finished you can grab a report pretty much instantaneously. All of your reports include the necessary information you need to get the most data out of your event and they are easily accessible right from your account dashboard. Head towards Statistics & Reports, and you will find two types of reports available to you - Event and Session.

The Event report is like a summary report of all the sessions that happened in your Collab Room. So, for example, if you have a room called ‘Collab Room 1’ then you can get a report on the summary of all the sessions that happened there.

Whereas a Session report focuses on a specific session that you ran and it includes things like poll results, chat etc.

Accessing the reports

Event reports

To access the Event report simply go to Statistics & Reports and click on Event. You can then search for the Collab Room where you session ran or you can also look at them in calendar view or browse your rooms through All, Scheduled and Permanent tabs. Once you have found your room, then click on Reports.

Click Download and this will enable you to get the export of your event summary in XLS format.

Sometimes the report might take a little longer to process, so if you don’t want to wait you will also receive a link on email to get your report once ready. Just make sure that your account email is set to an email that you can access.

Session reports

Click on Session and then you can search for your room, or click through All, Scheduled or Permanent tabs to find your room or look on the calendar to see when you hosted your session. Once you have found your room, simply click on Sessions and that will take you to the next screen.

On the next screen you will be shown all the sessions that you ran in that room, with date and time (always shown in UTC) of the session and how many participants have joined.

Once you have found the session you were looking for click on Reports to download the report in XLS, PDF, or CSV formats.

We recommend exporting the data in XLS format as that gives you all the details of the session in the most accessible format.

Top Tip! A session report is recorded anytime the presenter or the host enters the room. If you want to make sure to get an accurate report of your session, simply click on the Start button in your room in the top right corner and when you are done, hit Stop. This will ensure that the times of your session in the report are as accurate as possible.
